Carm Capriotto is the founder of the Automotive Repair Podcast Network and the visionary behind the industry's most respected podcast, Remarkable Results Radio. Widely known as the Voice of the Automotive Service Professional, Carm is a true connector in the aftermarket—sharing unfiltered, honest, and sincere conversations with the goal of helping others solve challenges, gain knowledge, and grow both personally and professionally.
Carm launched Remarkable Results Radio in 2015, pioneering podcasting in the automotive aftermarket space. Since then, his platform has grown to include CarmCasts, Town Hall Academy, For the Record, and Aftermarket Weekly, which featured the industry’s first weekly virtual shop tour. His interviews span shop owners, business coaches, trainers, educators, students, manufacturers, association executives, and trailblazing women in the industry. “It’s like 60 Minutes meets NPR,” he says.
In 2021, Carm introduced the Aftermarket Radio Network—now known as the Automotive Repair Podcast Network (ARPN)—a collection of insightful, diverse shows hosted by leading voices in the industry. In addition to Carm’s flagship programs, the Network features technician specialist Matt Fanslow, CPA Hunt Demarest, business coach Chris Cotton, marketing experts Kim and Brian Walker, and communications strategist Craig O’Neill. Together, they deliver a well-rounded, on-demand resource for personal and business success.
As Ron Tinner, COO of Repair Shop of Tomorrow, puts it:
“Since 2015, Carm has created a platform that not only disseminates valuable knowledge but also fosters a sense of community among industry professionals. His podcasts have undoubtedly elevated the automotive aftermarket sector.”
Carm’s mission is clear: to change the way automotive service professionals get their information, ideas, and insights. He embraces fresh perspectives and rising voices through the Automotive Repair Podcast Network and the powerful, accessible medium of podcasting.
Beyond the mic, Carm is also a keynote speaker and industry facilitator at top training events and conferences across North America. His sessions are known for sparking meaningful dialogue, challenging outdated thinking, and helping shop owners and professionals uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.
Carm’s contributions have been widely recognized. He’s received the Humanitarian Award from VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo, the Mort Schwartz Excellence in Education Award from the Auto Care Association, ASA’s Communicator of the Year, the Motor Press Guild’s Audio Podcast of the Year, and more.
